EICR Services

An Electrical Installation Condition Report or EICR, is a formal document that is produced following an assessment & Inspection of an electrical installation within a property and must be conducted by an experienced qualified electrician or approved contractor.


It is recommended in all domestic homes that an inspection is carried out to check the condition of the electrical installation and ensure there is no deterioration, however there may be other reasons as to why an EICR may be carried out more frequently.
